What we keep and why.

Who we are

RESULTA GROUP, a business being set up by its founders, who are responsible for the data below until the company is registered. You can reach us on Telegram.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, company, reply-to email, company size and where you're starting from; the lines you highlighted, kept or added; your notes; and, if you answer them, the three follow-up questions. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link (utm). The form sets no tracking cookies.

Why

To reply to your request and prepare your Operations Assessment. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Where it goes

The site and the form run on Vercel. Requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland). A copy of each request is posted to the founders' private Telegram group so we can reply quickly; Telegram processes it on its servers. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or object to its use: message us on Telegram. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
